SHIPPING

Please note all orders may take up to 72 business hours to be picked and packed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS

Refunds will be issued on regular priced items by the original method of payment, to the value of the item printed on the receipt/order confirmation. All Sale items are final sale. You have 14 days from date of delivery to complete the returns process. All items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and are subject to inspection upon return. 

 

PRIV reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above requirements. Please note we do not cover return shipping expenses. We also recommend a tracking number for any return shipments as we are not responsible for any lost packages and will only refund items once received. Returns may take 3-5 business days to process. You will receive an email once your refund has been completed.
